Please note:
This property has unfenced access to a large expanse of bush, and there is a stream with small rock pools down a steep track from the house. It is essential that guests take personal responsibility for the safety of their group in and around these areas.

As there is a section of the deck without a barrier with a small drop on to grass, all guests should take care when using this area.
