Medland Magic is situated on the east coast of the Island. This sun drenched 90 square metre home is now available for your next Great Barrier Island holiday.
Positioned on an elevated site, Medland Magic has an outstanding view of Medland Beach and surrounds. It's just a 4-minute drive to this beautiful swimming and surfing beach, or a 15-minute stroll down the hill and along the main road.

This house is a must for anyone who enjoys peace and privacy complete with sunrises and birdsong. Enjoy lazing on the deck on our sun loungers or sit around on the outdoor furniture enjoying a wine and soaking up the view.

Medland Magic is only 7-minute drive from the airport and Claris where there is a general store, café, bottle shop and petrol station. Tryphena is a 10-minute drive over the hill where the famous Currach Irish Pub is located, along with cafe's, shops and lovely sandy bays.
